Terilyn holds a doctorate in Communication Studies and specializes in relational communication. She is Myers-Briggs qualified and has specialized training in conflict mediation. Terilyn's career has been wide and varied. She has served as professor and chair at a local university, while at the same time pursuing her motivational speaking, training, and recording. While in the academy, Terilyn received a Professor of the Year award, as well as The Outstanding Professor Award from The National Speaker's Association. She has recorded 5 CDs, to include her most recent, featuring her original tunes. She is a published author and is now speaking, training, and entertaining for a variety of institutions.
